30-Day Return Window
We gladly accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of your order date. Return the item using your preferred postal service — please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Condition of Returned Items
We kindly request that you wear underwear when trying on your purchase, as we reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear. To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition, with all tags and liners attached
- Free of makeup, deodorant marks, or fragrance
Final Sale Items
Products marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. Please review the item descriptions carefully before making a purchase.
Processing & Refunds
Once we receive your return and confirm it meets our policy requirements, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is complete.
