Because shapewear, bodysuits, and intimate-fit products sit close to the body, every return must be unworn, unwashed, in its original condition, with tags and liners attached, and free from makeup, deodorant marks, fragrance, or signs of wear.

- All original tags and liners are attached.
- Item is free from makeup, deodorant marks, fragrance and signs of wear.
May be refused
- Items showing wear, damage, stains, marks or fragrance.
- Items with missing tags, missing liners or incomplete packaging.
- Returns sent outside the 30-day return window.
- Products marked as Final Sale.
- Returns sent without enough order information for identification.

Returned items must arrive clean, complete and resale-ready.
Shapewear and bodysuits require strict condition checks. If an item shows signs of wear or damage, Sugar + Spicy may refuse the return at our discretion.
